Location, cleanliness
Staff was passive-aggressively rude. The upgrade we got for our room didnât meet our expectations, because we had booked a room with a balcony and got a tiny balcony instead of a normal one. The receptionist was unpleasantly condescending, and falsely told us that the garden would be available to us. It wasnât.
There was a very loud wedding reception occupying the garden the whole day and the evening. And the wedding guests made a lot of noises until at least 01:00 am. It was not a nice experience and I didnât like being told how I can or canât use the facilities.
