We are repeat visitors and the property is much to our liking but this time…
The current renovation of our favourite saunas putting them out of service was unexpected and disappointing. A warning and a discount would have been appropriate.
Also one of our company got food poisoning in the restaurant, confirmed once home by doctor. Advice to staff elicited sympathy but no action.
Lastly our booking was confirmed to our requested accommodation but then we were assigned a less desirable unit. While corrected with efficiency it was difficult to understand the cause of the error. A small and easily corrected Problem but added to our this visit dissatisfaction.
