The AC was not that cold. Complement with a fan - so it was OK

Everything except the road needs to be maintain as there's a lot of potholes.
The place is really understaffed.

The location and the natural surrounding
Rundown and not maintained properly, to name a few, torn bedsheets, biting bedbugs, broken door handles, no shower curtain (whole toilet / bathroom will be wet after shower), etc
