El ambiente y La tranquilidad. Apartamento con cocina bien equipada, limpio y con todo lo necesario.
La piscina es ideal!
Por decir algo, a mi me faltaron almohadas, solo habían 2 en la cama y éramos 3…
Algunas hamacas estaban un poquillo sucias.

Buen tamaño del bungalow, fácil acceso a la piscina y bastante tranquilidad hasta el último día
No había recepción, había que hacer el check in como si fueses tú el recepcionista, enviando por correo los datos y fotos del DNI. Tampoco estaba la habitación dispuesta a la hora indicada

Nice gated small development of bungalows
Heated swimming pool
Clean and well maintained, inside and out
Hard working and friendly maintenance staff
Small well-stocked supermarket close by.
Minor plumbing issue quickly and efficiently fixed.
Promotional photographs of the property and pool are accurate.
Interiors a bit dated and worn.
Intrusive noise and vibration 08:00 -17:00 from heavy vibrating rollers, diggers etc laying a new access road close to the boundary fence only a few meters away. I stayed 8 to 18th Jan 2026
Operators of the bungalows slow to respond, indifferent to my complaints and offered no mitigations. They say:-
'This is a remodelling and redistribution of the Maspalomas golf course, which has nothing to do with us...'
..'We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you, but we reiterate that this has nothing to do with our company.'
..'You are free to post whatever review you wish, but it must be truthful, otherwise we will be obliged to take appropriate action'
I have excluded these issues from my overall rating for the property.
