This completely renovated, 2-story, end unit villa within the Inland Harbour community is perfectly situated across Lighthouse Road from the bike path, providing excellent access to all of Sea Pines’ incredible amenities & activities. You will be just a short walk or bike ride away from The Shops at Sea Pines Center (500 feet), Harbour Town (1/2 mile), and the complimentary Sea Pines Beach Club (just over 1 mile). Guests of Calm Villa are welcome to swim in and play tennis on the Inland Harbour community pool and tennis courts. With new, upgraded furniture, luxury vinyl plank flooring and large smart TVs throughout, Calm Villa provides a relaxing, family-friendly retreat.

Guests enter Calm Villa by taking the exterior stairs to the front door of this end unit villa. Upon entering the home, you'll find the home's light & airy great room with an open floor plan layout between the living room, dining room and kitchen areas. The queen suite, twin bedroom and hallway bath are also located on the home's lower level. Take the stairs to the second floor and you'll find the home's primary suite and loft. There is also a deck off of the dining area, private decks off of the two guest bedrooms and a full sized washing machine & dryer.

Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between early March and Labor Day, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot. We really enjoyed our stay in this adorable villa! It was stocked with everything that we could have needed! The location was amazing because we were close to everything! We will definitely stay here again in the future! The decor was inviting and embraced the Hilton Head lifestyle!

We stayed at Calm Villa last week and had a great experience. The villa was comfortable and located within walking distance of several nice shops and restaurants. Additionally, the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of food storage containers, casserole dishes, pots, pans and a griddle that was used every day. We had everything we could need or want in this villa. We would definitely stay again at Calm Villa!

The owners have done an excellent job renovating the condo!!! The condo’s location is half way between the beach and Harbour town and there is a small shopping venture across the street with great restaurants. The Villa kitchen is very well stocked, better than others we have stayed in over the years. Very quiet and calm place to releax and overall we had a wonderful week. Thank you very much!!!
