Clean room in brilliant location. Perfect for a large group who are looking to be in the centre of the city, whilst finding good value for money.
Air condition in the room would randomly stop working.

Great location. Staff in the morning was very friendly. Room was comfortable and spacious
1. Bed was far too soft. I think this is potentially a matter of taste so difficult to judge. For me with a bad back that explains the low score on bed comfort
2. Emails: received a few messages to which it was not clear how to respond - no link/return email. One was about parking and the other one about time of breakfast. I found the second one a bit tricky as frankly I don’t like setting a time for breakfast way in advance. The person working there was however flexible
