Great location. Bedroom was clean and comfortable.
Pleasant and helpful staff.
Reception area needs updating. Photos online make it appear much more modern than it was.
We were put on top floor. The spiral staircase was a nightmare and there were no lifts.
Breakfasts area was basic as were breakfast choices

Really comfortable room. Pretty close to the city centre.
Lack of parking made things a little stressful. Park in the underground car park as recommended by the hotel.

Location .receptionist Barbara was amazing she gave us all the information we needed, she went over and above to help us out. Thank you Barbara đź’•
Awful smell in bathroom from drains, in bad need of upgrade in common areas,paint peeling on terrace no hand rails leading to rooms 15 onwards lights flickering across terrace.
