Villa quieta is an outstanding property in an enviable location outside the medina and across the road from the beach. The hotel feels like a living museum with tasteful furnishings, an excellent pool and lovely well kept gardens. The property benefits from exceptional staff support. All the staff were courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. In short, They can’t do enough for their guests! This is our fourth visit and we have already booked to return next year! Highly recommended!
The breakfast, whilst lovely, remains the same every day. Not an issue if you stay for a few days, but a bit samey over a week. Other than that… absolutely nothing.

Villa Quieta is a truly special place. The property is absolutely beautiful, full of character and authentic Moroccan charm, with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout. Our room was spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean, and the gardens and swimming pool were wonderful. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and beautifully presented every morning. Above all, the staff were exceptionally kind, attentive and welcoming, and made us feel completely at home. It was the perfect place to relax during our stay in Essaouira, and we would return without hesitation.
There was honestly nothing we didn’t like. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Breakfast was good and most of the staff were friendly. Rooms were well cleaned. Pool area was well maintained
We booked a standard room based on photos on website and booking.com. But on arrival we were given an inferior much smaller room. We were upgraded the next day when I complained. But then had to move again 2 days later back to a standard room which this time matched the photos. They would not accept rooms were of diffferent standard. So avoid room 8 and ask for room 6
