Location of the property is 1 min from the beach, many bars and restaurant's near by. Landlord very gentil and helpful.
Air-condition in room 5 needs to be replaced. Sometimes bad smell comes out from the bathroom gully.

The location is near the promenade and local bars, restaurants. There are shops, kiosks, other facilities nearby so everything is easily accessible. The price is competitive given the location, our host Monda is warm and welcoming, doing tons of things for her guests. Breakfast is served at the roof top with a view.
Room size is tiny, bed mattress is uncomfortable, AC is making lots of noise, there is no balcony to dry off your clothes (there is one at the roof top to be honest but not as seamless as a private balcony). Noise insulation is mediocre at best as one can hear every step at the common area hence not being able to get some rest prior 1-2AM when most of the guests are in.
