Service and staff - exceptional
Facilities - cozy, boutique-style, curated, elegant, charming. From the room, to the shared spaces, everything was great.
Views - beautiful seaviews from every corner of the property.
F&B - great throughout, from breakfast to dinner and the drinks/wine/sake included.
Perhaps just the room toilet, small, hot and boxed up with no window. Totally not a huge issue, but likely the only improvable aspect.
