Oceanside is a stunning 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom property centrally located in Ocean Grove.
Loads of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Guests can enjoy the two living rooms both with smart TV (& Foxtel upstairs), chill out on the huge upstairs deck complete with sun lounges or read a book in the hammock, hang out on the front lawn or around the outdoor firepit, snuggle up in the reading nook or get competitive with table tennis, darts or Playstation in the games room. In cooler months enjoy a cozy indoor wood fire.
There's something for everyone here.
Oceanside is a secure and spacious property suitable for multiple families. The location is close to everything making it possible to enjoy lovely seaside or river walks, bike rides, swims, shopping and eating out.
All doonas, doona covers, pillows, mattress and pillow protectors are provided, together with hotel quality mattresses for a perfect night’s sleep.
Please note: Guests are required to provide their own bed linen (bed sheets and pillowcases) and bath towels, bath mats etc.

• Master (upstairs) - king bed with full ensuite
• Second (upstairs) - queen bed and single trundle
• Third (downstairs) - queen bed with ensuite
• Fourth (downstairs) - queen bed and single trundle
• Fifth (upstairs) - two sets of bunks (4 single beds).
An automatic double gate (with pedestrian gate) ensures secure access to the private tropical garden and driveway. The double lock-up garage used as a games room contains a table tennis table, darts, Playstation with TV and a second fridge. There are also multiple bicycles for use during your stay.
Ducted gas heating, split system air conditioning and continuous hot water provide all the creature comforts for an enjoyable stay all year round.
Downstairs features a spacious kitchen/dining/living area with gleaming hardwood floors, a large screen digital smart TV with DVD player, gorgeous sitting/reading nook and a cosy wood fire. The kitchen is fitted with a suite of modern cooking appliances, dishwasher, microwave and ample crockery, cutlery, glasses, platters and pans to cater for cooking and entertaining large groups.
Outside, a broad concreted area located off the kitchen/dining area stretches along the rear of the home, providing space for outdoor activities and two barbecues including a Weber BBQ. An outdoor dining setting for 8 people is provided under a sunshade sail. The hammock is a lovely place to read, relax or nap and the hot and cold outdoor shower makes for comfortable post-beach bathing.
This modern beach house has a second storey with a wall of windows providing sun light from the deck to the upstairs lounge room. Double sliders connect the upstairs lounge/TV room (complete with Foxtel iQ3) and the large timber deck which has an outdoor setting for 6 people plus sun lounges for relaxation.
Free Wi-Fi is also provided so you can remain connected during your stay.

This is a large house with very spacious downstairs lounge/dinning area with a small very well equipped kitchen, plus a lounge area upstairs, which was excellent for our group of families. There was plenty of pots, pans, coffee pods and extras for cooking meals. We also loved having a decent range of bathrooms at this property.Our host was excellent with communication and very thoughtful with providing a little treat on arrival. Thank you! We loved using the firepit in the front yard so didn't make use of the indoor fire, but so good to have this as an option for cold days. Being so close to walk to the beach, (5 mins) was fabulous to pop over the main road for early morning walks along the shore, in this stunning part of the region. We were treated with beautiful sunrises and sunny winter days to explore. Another huge bonus was being within walking distance to the Ocean Grove main street dining, so once you arrive, your car is not necessarily needed for a relaxing stay. Two cars fit within the fenced property.Our kids entertained themselves in the large garage with table tennis, darts and games. There was something for everyone!Thank you for a lovely stay and as a group of mums with teenage boys, we enjoyed our time here together.

We had a wonderful stay with my family from over seas. The house is spacious and could easily sleep 14 of us (8 adults & 6 kids) It's close to the beach 2 minutes from the shops.We would definitely come back

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house is in an excellent location and offered plenty of space to comfortably accommodate all ten of us. Both the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and living areas were spacious, giving everyone room to spread out. The downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms made the ground floor easily accessible for our older parents. The property felt secure, was very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit.

Plenty of games for the kids to play. Location is great and its very clean and tidy, just a sham that we had to bring our own sheets and towels, making a bed/s is the last thing you want to do after a long drive. Needed more coffee pods as they don't sell that brand at the Supermarket and sugar wasn't available.
