About this house rental

Constructed with all the comforts of home. Great outdoor areas: Front porch with swing, back patio, master bedroom balcony.Hardwood and tile floors, washer and dryer. Air conditioning. Eat in kitchen, dining room, gas fireplace. Parking. Access to all Nonquitt has to offer: tennis, golf, pickleball and basketball court. Plus three beautiful beaches. Apponogansett park 1 mile away features outdoor concerts every Wednesday night.
Padanaram Village about 1 1/2 miles has premium local shops and restaurants to enjoy.

We enjoyed the house very much. It’s very well equipped, including temperature control/AC which is unusual for Nonquitt. Susan and her sons were wonderful and helpful. All in all, an excellent vacation house!

The house was great! A lot of space and very nice and tasteful. We were there for a little over two months and really enjoyed our stay. Everyone in neighborhood was very friendly.
