Comfortable view with prime attractions close to the hotel. Be ready to walk up and down the stairs.

Good view of the lake from the room and the restaurant. The restaurant served good laal maans but was lacking in preparing good chinese dishes. Extra mattress provided before checkin.

The service should be faster in the restaurant. The hotel is accessible by auto only near the last stretch.

Hotel mit viel Charme

Familiengeführtes, kleines, charmantes Hotel in der Altstadt mit Wohlfühlfaktor und großartiger Dachterasse, die man nie wieder verlassen möchte. Die Familie ist so gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und flexibel in jeder Hinsicht, dass man eigentlich nicht mehr weg möchte. Das macht den Aufenthalt in Udaipur so unvergesslich! Bei meiner nächsten Reise nach Indien werde ich definitiv wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten- einfach weil man das Gefühl hat jederzeit als Freund willkommen zu sein.

Disappointing Udaipur

Nothing much. We were disappointed.

The hotel family were in an adjoining room. Till 2 am there was loud arguments and shouting among themselves with the result we could not get any sleep. In the morning at about 6 am, new guests came to check in. The hotel owner was very rude towards them and then another big verbal fight started. We were disgusted and disappointed. Hotel owner's mother kept asking me and my wife absurd and embarrassing questions.

Beautiful, quiet and relaxing

Danish is an excellent host, his family is also very friendly. Also, The view from room was extremely beautiful, room was spacious, and balcony was spacious too. View from the rooftop is stunning

The time I visited their rooftop restaurant was under renovation so there was no food available, but we managed by ordering food online

Homestay not a hotel

The view only but on rooftop construction is going on so sitting is not available . It will take atleast 1 month for completion

No restaurant, no room service it's a homestay and not a hotel at all.

Exceptional

The Rooftop view is owsm you can enjoy Both Sunrise and sunset view. In night The view of Lake pichola and Taj palace is eye relaxing. Overall The Familiar behaviours of staff is great.

Terrace with best view

A home away from home. Best part is terrace. It definitely has the best view terrace. In night, the music and views makes it even more amazing. Definitely recommend it. Budget friendly.

Host Danish was very helpful and kind. He suggested the site seeing plan which really helped us. Also, he arranged an auto riksha to make sure that we reached railway station on time as we were having very cut to cut plan during our last day in Udaipur.

Very nice family and if you don't mind walking a few minutes a lot of possibilities for food, baghore ki haveli and the city palace are reachable on foot

it was ok for the money but a better clean of the bedroom and bathroom would have been good

my room and en-suite

noisy lots of building work going on towels are threadbare and rough no top sheet just a blanket. I had to use my sarong as a top sheet

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please give your staff awards! Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in . The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the offers everything you need. Would highly recommend....💕 Keep growing 🤞 Keep hosting 💝

Superb

Very nice family maintaining the place! The rooftop is excellent and on its own made it worth staying there! They let you put your luggage there over the day and let me stay longer in my room because i was sick. The staff on the rooftop gave us great advice on how to spend our time in Udaipur!

Everything was great, but my (!) room could have been a little but more comfortable...

Awesome View from Terrace Restaurent!

Awesome Terrace Restaurent with Beutiful views of Lake Pichola! The hosts are great, Farida Aunty made us feel at home away from home. Would Definitely recommend and Hope to visit again soon. We had a nice room with Balcony, plenty of sunlight and fresh air!

Some rooms were dated and needs renovation on lower floor, we were offred an upgrade with a marginal price. Reaching to the hotel was difficult for the auto, I think it will be better if some Board with Direction for Hotel Lake star can be placed on cross roads.

we only like the terrace view from terrace restaurant.

The location of the hotel is very confusing and you can not drive your car near to hotel. They dont have proper parking. They dont provide any shuttle service. The room they showed on the website was not at all same condition. photos are old then actual condition of the room. rooms are very dusty, not cleaned, washroom was broken including toilet seats,flush,bucket. bathroom taps are rusty. water flow in the washroom was not working properly. they dint provide towel and any toiletry untill you asked them.The floor of the room was broken. carpets are too old and dirty and flooring tiles are broken. Television was not working we told them about this but they didn't respond.Beds were very uncomfortable. mattress is too old and dusty. linens, pillow covers, and blanket were dirty and had stains everywhere and it was stinking. They dont have anybody on reception for check in and check out. we have to call on the given number and then someone will come to attend you. Very poor room service, they don't have staff for room service. we ask them to clean the room they told they don't have staff to clean the rooms. They over charge for the room shown on the website just because they are giving rooftop restaurant view to see most famous place of Udaipur. I suggest to not book online for this kind of hotel. it's just overcharged and not provide any service.
