The apartment has a great location and is very comfortable. The room cleaning service was excellent, and the room was cleaned every day. We felt a little cold on the first day, but after requesting that the heating be turned on, it was taken care of promptly. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

There were two issues during our stay. First, the shower drain was extremely slow, so we had to take very quick showers. As there were three of us, we had to wait at least 30 minutes for the water to drain before the next person could shower. Second, one of the cakes served at breakfast was moldy, which was disappointing and concerning.

The apartment was spacious and airy, clean and comfortable. The location was within in reach of the main bus/train station and vaporetta service nearby

It was described as ‘garden view’ but that just meant greenery outside a window.
