The location was fantastic & the staff were so kind and thoughtful. The room was clean and comfy.
The restaurant in the hotel wouldnt let me sit in the lobby bar to be served food - I had my Chihuahua & didn’t want to even try to bring him into the dining area so asked if I could 10ft away in the lobby bar where the dog was ok - but no. Pet friendly hotel but dogs can’t be left unattended & arent allowed in common spaces

Great location! Comfy beds!
Hotel was having issues with water—-cold showers! Brrrr! They were gracious and provided us with a small discount! Happy with the customer service! Some issues cannot be prevented!

The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and nicely appointed, and it was nice to have fresh coffee in the lobby in the morning. The location was very convenient - walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in the downtown Ellensburg historic district.
When I switched the date of my stay, the hotel charged me an additional $125-150 dollars to make the change. So for a standard king room, I had to pay over $400 for 1 night. I don't think it was worth the extra cost and wish the hotel would have been more flexible in keeping my nightly price the same as the cost of my original booking.

Great downtown location
Limited $10 /night parking is unsecured. Bathroom fans cannot be shutoff, because windows are inoperable. Rooms across from elevators hear all waiting and passerby conversations. You can’t turn the shower on to warm without getting wet. They struggle using Apple Pay.
