La amabilidad del personal, la comida del restaurante del hotel y la ubicación.
Que el checking fuese a las 16:00 aunque he de decir que el personal hizo un gran esfuerzo por darnos la habitación mucho antes de la hora.

Very clean and owner was really nice. Breakfast was great. The location was perfect for our one night city break and wandering around the streets.
As someone that works in IT for more than 15 years, I dont understand the fuss about all the application that opens up the doors. It did not work well at all. What if you ran out of battery, how do you take care of security? It is a bad user experience and does not add anything to hotel experience. I do not see the point of the hi-tech app that does not work well at all. I do not see what is wrong with keys/cards. We are all fed up having another app just to open the doors of the room. Some of us do not even want to use phones on vacation, some do not have iphone/android. Just unnecessary complication, that does not add any value to the stay. Room was a bit chilly at night, and the air was very dry.
