Siamo stati ospiti della struttura e abbiamo alloggiato soltanto per una notte. Abbiamo prenotato online, la richiesta è stata subito presa incarico, ed è stato molto facile fare il pagamento e arrivare sul posto. La camera era davvero molto bella, si trova in un bel condominio vicino al centro di Sarzana, c'è un cancello automatico per parcheggiare l'auto, oppure un ampio parcheggio esterno. Luogo molto silenzioso e tranquillo.
Siamo entrati dal portone principale, poi al primo piano si trova l'appartamento, (c'è anche l'ascensore, ma non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno), un secondo portone e siamo entrati in appartamento. Un corridoio con totali tre appartamenti, ognuno con il suo portoncino, totale 3 porte per entrare in camera. Totale riservatezza.
Il nostro era il più grande, per tre persone. Bellissimo! Tutto molto pulito, letto comodo, più cuscini, Tv funzionante, doccia fantastica e nella stanza c'è anche una scrivania, se si vuole lavorare, inoltre ci sono a disposizione tazze ed alimenti per la colazione.
A noi ci è piaciuto molto. Il costo è proporzionato al servizio ed alla stanza. Grazie di tutto.

La struttura è situata in una palazzina un po’ anonima nella prima periferia di Sarzana, comunque a poche centinaia di metri dal centro storico. Ma appena entrati nella stanza la sensazione cambia e ci si ritrova in un bel contesto, moderno, pulito e accogliente. Ottimo anche il contatto con la gestione del b&b sempre attenta e disponibile alle nostre esigenze. Ampio parcheggio gratuito sottostante alla struttura.

Chambre et salle de bains convenables. Il y avait beaucoup d’éléments pour faire le petit déjeuner : machine à café, thé, miel, eau dans le frigo, lait et jus de fruit…
Dans la description de la chambre louée, il y avait écrit balcon avec« vue sur jardin ». Or le jardin était celui de la maison voisine, la véritable vue était sur les poubelles ! et autres immeubles.
De plus la chambre est située dans un immeuble très mal insonorisé, on entend les pas des gens au dessus et la télé très fort très tard le soir. Ce n’est pas la faute du loueur mais quand on utilise un immeuble pour créer des chambres d’hôtes, on s’expose à ce genre de problème. Donc le rapport qualité / prix n’est pas bon.
