Sehr netter Gastgeber, tolles Frühstück, schönes, kleines, aber total zweckmässiges Zimmer. Grosser Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft. Eher ruhig, da es nicht direkt an der Hauptstrasse liegt.

Posizione perfetta (occhio all'immissione in strada, un po' stretta) , pulizia straordinaria e spazio enorme. Parcheggio e zona colazione comodi . Bagno pulito e spazioso. La camera ha aria condizionata, TV e frigorifero oltre che un sacco di cuscini

Ottima pulizia delle camere. Posizione comoda per visitare Sarzana e vicino al mare. Comodo parcheggio interno

Connessione scarsa e wifi insufficiente che alla sera viene anche staccato. Letto piuttosto scomodo (tipo Ikea) Colazione appena sufficente.
