I loved this place! It was quiet and peaceful. Perfect for solo stayers. Lamai beach was only 100m walk away, convenient stores, Lamai night market, restaurants, bars and massage parlours were closeby. There is also a self-service laundromat for 400 thb for a full load. Mini kitchen with a microwave, sink, fridge and water dispenser at the reception. Do note that the reception is the same as Kerton Hostel's. Very peaceful as its tucked away, good space for parking motorbikes and a porch with a table and chair. Ashtray is also provided. The bathrom has a sink, showerhead, lower tap, bidet. Really convenient, good wifi and bed is comfortable. They offer free cleanings every 2 days for a week stay. They clear your rubbish which is a bucket outside your place. Receptionists was really sweet and kind, greeting when you walk past them.
The walls of the bungalow are basically made of paper. You can hear everything your neighbour does (yes i mean EVERYTHING). FYI: they provide a padlock for your door only, im fine with that but it may not be everyone's cup of tea. It can get hot in the day, sometimes the fan is not sufficient. The bathroom also only has slits in the walls for windows and it is not possible to cover them as they are on 3 sides. Felt a little invasive. They give you a small mirror with a small space for your toiletries. The place is not too big so space can run out. If youre extrememly sensitive to sounds i wouldnt recommend it. They play loud music at the hostel every night and there is almost constant bikes and cars driving through the property. But it is manageable as it is not very loud, just noticeable.

Minimalistic excellence. Everything you need and nothing you don't. Cute old little wooden bungalows which look renovated inside. Everything was spotlessly clean. Nice furnished private balcony outside the room, DSA I really liked that the table there was in normal height and not this low coffee table style. The bungalows have a decent space between them unlike many other places around which are cramming them in. The staff are efficient and speak excellent English. The WiFi was excellent and reliable. Good location right in the busy part of town, but set back from the road, so it's very quiet.
The location on maps.me was a little wrong, and there are no signs. The location is at the end of the lane where Keraton hostel is, and check in is at the reception of Keraton hostel....first there you see the sign for Weekender Bungalow.
