ZILKER PARK PLACE IS: -Close to all things Austin -A comfortable happy place full of color and original art (photos by Owner and art by a local artists) -A quiet two story unit which is part of a fourplex -Pet free space ZILKER PARK PLACE HAS: -One Bedroom with a comfy King Sized famous Westin Hotel Mattress -A pull out sleeper in the living room with a memory foam mattress topper -A downstairs half bathroom which contains 'Pretty Boy' a Beta fish whose tank happens to be part of the toilet tank - A fully loaded kitchen complete with anything and everything a cook might need -Full size washer dryer with complimentary detergent -Wifi Many amenities---please see below ZILKER PARK PLACE IS LOCATED: -2 blocks from Zilker Park and Barton Springs (Austin’s Hidden Gem) -Half a mile walk from Restaurant Row on Barton Springs Road -A little over 2 miles to downtown and/or SoCo, downtown, or South Congress Area. -Convenient to a multitude of grocery stores and almost all of Austin's major attractions. CLOSE OUTDOOR ATTRACTIONS: Barton Creek Greenbelt: One of Austin's premier mountain biking, hiking, trail running and rock climbing destinations. This 8 mile long, 809 acre greenbelt begins less than 1/4 a mile away from our front door. Beautiful and fun in any season. During wet weather the creek is a kayak, tubing and swimming destination with numerous small waterfalls and fun rapids. Austin's Hike and Bike Trail: Easy access to downtown. No cars on this waterfront trail, 1/2 block from our front door. Popular with bikers, walkers and joggers. Trees and wildflowers provide shade and beauty along this 10.3 mile trail which loops around the lake. Several pedestrian bridges cross into downtown with access points to live music venues, restaurants, shopping, museums, concert halls, the opera house and beyond. Don't miss the Congress Avenue Bridge, home to the largest Urban Bat Colony in the world! Austin is the Live Music Capital of the World! We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit is centrally located in Austin so we were able to get to everything we wanted to see easily. We loved the decor and my daughter got a big kick out of the Beta fish. I would stay at this location property again next time I am in Austin for a few days.

We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. The townhome was perfect for just the two of us and located closely to many areas in Austin we wanted to check out. It was furnished and clean and even came with a fish named Gustavo! Lois was super easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again!

My cousins came in from Rhode Island to visit me in Dallas. We decided to ride to Austin for the weekend and this location was in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. The place was clean and quiet. The bed and pullout were comfortable. Owner was super nice and communicative. Would stay again if I return.

We wife, 1 year old son, and I stayed 2 nights at this property and had a great time. Everything was as advertised. The place has a great "personality." The location is great: it's a short drive to Zilker Park, the many places to eat on Barton Springs Road, and downtown. Highly recommended! We'll try to stay here first the next time we visit Austin.

Me and a few girlfriends stayed here during a girls weekend recently. Parking was great for our small group and it was a fantastic central location to get around Austin. Lois was one of the best hosts I’ve had as far as communication goes. 💯 recommend for groups and people new to Austin as the guestbook was a great resource for seeing what others enjoyed during their stay!

The place was excellent. Clear instructions for everything, easy communication, and a great little 10 min walk to Barton Springs. Restaurants nearby were excellent, including Odd Duck, Lick Ice Cream, ans Terry Black’s BBQ (a must-visit!). The bed was SUPER comfy was super soft sheets and blankets. Loved our stay, loved Austin!

The condo looked just as advertised. It was comfortable, clean, and everything worked. Liked the funkyness. The chase was my least favorite piece of furniture. The location was perfect for my trip accessing central and southern Austin. I arrived in town early and the host graciously gave me an early check-in upon request. I’ll use this property again if I have a similar trip.

I loved this property and the proximity to Zilker Park and other areas of interest. The property owner was wonderful and very responsive. I would highly recommend this space and would absolutely book again next time. There are binders with recommended eateries and points of interest if you're new to Austin. I loved the cute, funky decor.

Just as described and pictured. I felt like I was staying at a guest house with the owner close by! Safe and location was great! Comfy beds and furniture etc...everything worked well and great location. Even an Ebike rental rack 5 min walk away! Thanks so much!!

Great stay in Austin - perfect for our family of four. Lois is a fabulous host - so thoughtful and responsive. The upstairs bed is super comfy, and the pull-out couch with the mattress pad was fine for young kids. And Gustavo the fish was a fun roommate. :) awesome central location, walking distance to Barton Sorings and Zilker Park attractions. Highly recommend!

We had an enjoyable stay. The accommodations were kitschy, comfortable and close to everything. The aquarium toilet was a surprise, but cute. I would book again if the opportunity presents itself and I will recommend it to my friends. One thing my wife noticed that guys tend to overlook is the great lighting at night. She felt safe walking to the door and entering. Well done Lois!
