Seaside - high view - room small but cozy -
Arrived late - departed early; only one breakfast opportunity over 3 days - very windy between the two buildings - front desk not explaining well all the hotel activities and opportunities - terrible parking organisation compensated by vehicle to drop and pick up

Location very good for families and the bhat buses for 10 bhat run regularly just flag one down pay 10 bhat get on and ring bell to get of so you can get anywhere in Pattaya both beaches for no more than 20 to 30 bhat per person, It has a nice restaurant and the pizzas are very good so enjoy š

Has a nice view of a late afternoon/evening from the pool.
Staff were good, especially security downstairs were lovely.
The bathroom was filthy. Shower looked like it given a quick wipe over but still left with soap scum and mould marks everywhere. The shower drain, was not draining properly and flooded the bathroom every time we used the shower. Wall tiles in front of the toilet had mould on them.
Dim lighting is used to try and hide the poor cleaning and quality of the finish around the place (the brightest and cleanest part of the hotel is reception and lobby)
Breakfast was a very poor buffet - precooked cold eggs lined up on the counter for you & very limited choices of anything else.
