Exceptional

Room was clean, staff exceptional and SALT restaurant serves amazing food. Breakfast had a really good selection of foods and service was quick if anything needed. Rooftop pool and bar is good. They have their own app which you can use to manage your stay.. really good.

A relaxing comfortable stay in a quiet part of Pattaya

First time in Jomtien Beach Pattaya very warm and informative greeting at check in from Yoon and May. I had a few minor issues which they rectified quickly. At the Salt restaurant I was always given a warm welcome from Ween who always seemed to go out of her way to ensure I was fully catered for. The hotel is literally on the beach front, just cross the road and you are there, I did not opt for a sea view room but I got a partial view. The room size is reasonable with a small balcony, the shower is different as it is behind the bed and open view, maybe not for the most prudent but that’s not me. A nice size comfortable bed with a large screen tv which had lots of channels to suit all worldwide guests. The roof top pool was very refreshing and never overcrowded with a bar to quench one’s thirst in the heat. Breakfast has a good selection, world buffet style, the restaurant has a good menu with plenty to choose from. I was never left disappointed but fulfilled.

I am always curious why hotels only stock small beers and charge in my opinion extortionate price even when they say it’s happy hour when a bar not far away will sell twice as much for half the price. My only major gripe was the fridge which in my opinion needs to be upgraded as it was not very cold.

Gut . . . Aber halt doch mit einigen kleineren Einschränkungen

Abends und Nachts recht ruhig - ruhige Lage - aber auch abgelegen vom Zentrum Frühstücksbüffet ausreichend und ok - warmspeisen wie Suppe / Curry allerdings fast kalt Für 10 Thb konnte man mit local Taxi ins Zentrum fahren - ca 30 min

Zimmer recht klein - kein richtiger Tisch wo man zu 2t gemütlich essen kann - aber sauber Strand direkt über der Straße - aber grober Sand und schmutzig Licht im Zimmer konnte nu von der Eingangstür betätigt werden Nachts deshalb dunkel im Zimmer und erstmal nur mit Handy Licht zur Toilette gesucht

NO Family Room.. it's actually just 2 separate rooms next to each other......

The bedding and mattress was very very nice. Staff was helpful. Decent breakfast. Really good price

We booked the family room because all 4 of us wanted to stay together, hang out in common area so we booekd 1 family room.. This is major false advertising as it turned out that there is NO family room...there were 2 rooms NEXT to each other, each with its own key card. The rooms are NOT connecting. There is a small hallway and another door to maybe prevent ppl from accessing these two rooms but that's it. Totally defeated the purpose of a family room. The hotel should stop advertise it as is. Also, the stench garbage smell was present almost all the time. When we arrived at the parking lot the smell was unbearable. Even in the morning when we went to breakfast, if you leave the door open, then you can smell the garbage.

Lovely hotel, good for relaxing

Lovely hotel, good value, happy hour customised to your stay good idea, enjoyed the cocktails. Food good, good security.

Security too good! Took a few seconds to understand the lift and could not get out of the room due to the door lock. May not have been such a bad thing, nice room!

Poor

claimed to offer 24-hour room service but actually only allows check-ins from 2 p.m. until the next day. So if you want to check out later than 2 p.m., you need to request it 3 days in advance. There are a lot of descriptions to read, but you put the information about the check-in policy almost at the end! Even though you sent a confirmation email, you didn’t even remind your customer of that! I would say that the only reason I chose your hotel over others was the 24-hour room, but I was disappointed. Not only that, the staff told me that at the counter bar in the room I could eat 2 free items, but when I was checking out, I ate 1 drink and 1 bag of chips, and then they said it was only free for drinks and snacks are not included, so I need to pay for the snack. Here you are, another miscommunication. I sure won't go back there again. It’s not worth it! 4,000 is too much for your hotel; you even have a limited parking lot. The only USP of your hotel is the 24-hour room, but you still can’t serve it well.

The buffet breakfast was amazing! The staff were very friendly and always clearing empty plates promptly. Reception were lovely and helpful. There was a happy hour on the roof top bar with a view of the ocean. The room was very clean and exceeded our expectations, cleaning services every day. All staff were very welcoming. Would stay again in the future and recommend it to others

The only thing that could be better was the gym/fitness centre could use a cable machine instead of so many cardio equipment. The location is a bit too south and out of the way from your pick up points for tours but that didn’t bother us as we caught the utes with the seats in the back to the top of the street for 10 baht per person.

Staff didn’t really understand English so it was hard to communicate with them. They only gave us limited water (4*500ml bottles per day) Breakfast spread was very small

Fantastic views from the room, wholesome meals, great infinity pool, lovely staff. Must visit!

Great views, polite staff and elaborate breakfast spread. U Jomtien is located at just the right spot for people who want the best of both worlds. If you like partying with loud music on the beach, take a quick tuk-tuk and follow the beach down the road for a quick bite or a good time at the Thai massage parlours. once you’re done partying, you can find your way back to the peace and quiet at the hotel.
