Great rooms, very clean & very freindly staff. Baht taxi run regularly out to move easily around Jomtein.

A lovely, clean, pet friendly hotel, that accommodated us with our two dogs. Right across the street from the beach. The swimming pool was lovely as well. The free tea and coffee available 24/7 and the lovely coffee break at 5 pm every day.

Great location, with view of the beach from the balcony. Clean, great friendly lady at reception. Nice pool.
Everything was great for a couple! From the room nearest the balcony, you need to pass through the other room to get to the bathroom.

Made a mistake and after looking at many recommended hotels at the same price point I switched to this hotel without reading the details because it was beachfront, and the others were a block or more off the beach - it’s only that I checked in. I realize my room had shared bathroom.
- I could’ve upgraded at more than double the price, but I did get a five star Maya cheaper than they’re upgraded room so I stayed. I also found it too far down the beach as I was just passed 14th Rd. you should not go past 10th Rd. However, was on the baht bus route so the location was very acceptable and it was great to be at the beach and the staff were great - the best staff you’ll meet anywhere.
- but their accommodation without a private bathroom it’s way overpriced - it was my error to not notice. There was no private bathroom, but I was looking at similar price points to others. I had done more research on all of which had private - so I recommend splurge and go to the large boomers with private bathrooms and pay a little extra find a hostel or the like at less than half this price that uses shared bathrooms.
The property itself was great, but having a shared bathroom did not make my lifestyle and the cost of share Bathroom was almost the same as many 4 star hotels with full facilities -
