We loved the food and hospitality the most.
the spa was a bit overcrowded so we had to wait a lot to get to jaccuzi 😂

Food was good, also the overall vibe of the place is nice. Rooms are clean and in general what you would expect for this rating.
They cannot provide baby cribs, so something to keep in mind in case you need one.

We booked with breakfast included, but had to pay for breakfast. It's not fair!

- Being so oriented to families with kids as guests, having the playground, baby bed on request, child chairs, it was a big minus that the cafe/restaurant doesn’t have a non smoking area. So you end up having a meal with a bunch of people smoking.

Place is on the small hill, and in the back there is a walkway that leads to marina. Staff is very kind and small park around hotel is beautifull. There is also spa etc for those that want it. Be prepared to share your breakfast with cats as they are gorgeus and know how to manipulate :).

The stuff is so kind and attentive. The energy of the hotel is great. Rooms are clean, comfortable and the food is so delicious. I will come back there, it's sure.

SPA SERVICES ARE CHARGED SUBSEQUENTLY, ALTHOUGH IT IS NOT STATED IN BOOKING THAT IT IS PAID EXTRA .

Food was good.
No remote controler for the AC. It was so cold the whole night. I looked for heater and receptionist told me to come at 4AM to take the one by myself. No room service for that. I couldn't find additional blankets and it was so cold. I got small heater after that but the service for 80€ dollar was extremely bad. I didn’t look for the luxury things but for the normal stuff to function normally and not to get cold.

Very friendly and willing to help staff. The breakfast was great. The rooms are very modern and well equipped. The only thing missing in the room was a small fridge, but it will probably be added later since the part of the closet seems to have a space that looks like it is prepared for fridge.
