Good

Housekeeping always kept room fresh. Nice cold pool. Easy private access to lake. Satisfactory breakfast.

More information on transport links such as buses and boat ferry's to be offered on check in.

Not value for money.

The view was good. location was good. The restaurant staff were good.

The reception was terrible. Charges added for everything. After paying €650 we were being charged for an extra cup of coffee. Would not recommend it to anyone. Not value for money. Looking to add charges everywhere. We did not enjoy.

Lovely lakefront hotel on near Sirmione!!!

Lovely lakeside Hotel. Fabulous view. Clean and spacious room for a solo traveler. Fantastic breakfast. Welcoming and friendly staff. Short walk, 20 min, or 5 min bus, into Sirmione. A nice POOL and beachfront access. Quiet and peaceful. Hotel populated by mostly Europeans. Loved my stay there!!!!!

Bed was a little hard, but the room was clean and had a lovely balcony!!! A large group somewhat took over the pool and loungers but minimally problematic.

Pleasant

Location was great. Bike rentals were handy.

The AC kept shutting off. The room was small. The food on the buffet did not seem fresh--there was a bit of mold on my cheese.

Exceptional

Beautiful small hotel on the lakeside, very relaxed atmosphere. A bit of a walk into the old town but a lovely path all the way, there is a shuttle bus passing but it's often full. Lots of nice restaurant options within walking distance too. Wonderful breakfast spread every morning and the waiting and reception staff were always very welcoming and friendly. Recommended - would stay here again.

We stayed for a week and the restaurant was never open for evening dinner. Watch out for the cot fee - we accepted a €15 fee which was shared in English and through Booking.com interface as a total fee - we discovered at check-out that the Italian message stated it as a per-night fee and added up to an unexpected charge of €105. We wouldn't have booked the cot if we knew, it actually didn't get used.

Definitly recomended, we had a blast!

Wonderful location and beautiful hotel with a private beach.The room was big with a view of the lake. The staff was nice and helpfull espesialy the wonderful Emita. Recomended.

Very nice location but poor service.

Location by the lake and the small swimming pool. The room is impeccable. The cleaning lady is warm-hearted and helpful.

The receptionist and service personnel are very inattentive and not service-minded - making one feels unwelcoming.

Very enjoyable.

Very good location for the lake and views. Very nice facilities and staff.

Sirmione traffic queues on accessing the hotel. Standard bicycles for hire are in a dangerous condition. Hotel caters for German clients and not a wider clientèle but food still very acceptable.

We loved our brief stay here when visiting lake garda. Its a 20minute walk to the main centres of sirmione which makes this property perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable with a beautiful location right next to the lake. I wish I could've stayed longer.

Location is great, close to historical center and by the lake. Pool was also great. Breakfast was ok, although there should be food available till the end of breakfast. Room was clean and spatious, with nice balcony. Parking in the garage or outdoor is available for free.

The only thing that really botherd us is noise coming from the plumbing in neighbour room. Our bed was right beside their bathroom wall and we woke up in the middle of the night because they were taking shower at 2 a.m. and hairdryer was super loud. Same thing in the morning. Quite anoying..

the staff was very friendly and kind. we were able to rent a little boat through them and get picked up directly at the hotel. restaurant has an amazing view.

resting place between the Dolomites and Florence. wish we could have stayed much longer.

I loved everything but the balcony and views were my favorite. so peaceful

no coffee in the rooms or readily available in the lobby. you have to interrupt the guy setting up breakfast, which is not fair to him.

Not worth it unless staff becomes a lot more friendly and accommodating

The staff was very unfriendly - expect the lady who showed up in the afternoon. Manager tried to make us pay 3 times higher invoice of another guest.

1st time in Hotel La Rondine, we will come back!!!

All was fine, quite location, very clean hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast with all things we need. Restaurant open from 12 till 16 o'clock with excellend food, but only small choice.

In the past - before Corona- the restaurant was open in the evening too, we missed this a little bit. But there are nearby a lot of good restaurants so it wasn't a big problem
