Enjoyed a three night stay. Close to restaurants and shops. Used spa and thermal bath. Nice balcony room overlooking the lake.
Would have preferred using Booking.com for payment instead of separate hotel link.

It was our first trip to Sirmione and also our first stay in an 'adult-only hotel'. The location is superb, very close to the historic town of Sirmione which can get very touristy at times but we did not even notice unless we went out. The hotel is gated, very peaceful and quiet, with a private beach, three pools (one thermal) and a spa, so plenty to choose from. We did not have to fight for sunbeds (there were always some when we decided to sunbathe and nobody was 'reserving' them early in the morning), which was very pleasant. The room was big enough with a balcony facing the beautiful lake. The breakfast choice was abundant and delicious. I am not a 'cake person' but there were so many, I had to have some every day! We also ate twice in the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent. The staff was always very helpful and accommodating. The weather played along, except for a couple of thunderstorms which were very short. All in all, a very relaxing stay, which we really needed.
I could not find anything I did not like. Everything was simply perfect.

Everything really
It was amazing, Great location, great Spa, nice beach and jetty
Only thing I could say is service could be quicker for drinks, Maybe have a buzzer to call staff and order drinks but this is very minor we absolutely loved our stay.
Not the cheapest but really beautiful place and staff are very helpful and friendly.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. and worked hard
However there was very little real shade in the 32)C heat on the beach so made it unusable for us (elderly couple)
Buffet breakfast was good but had eggs benedict once and that was very substandard and we had to pay extra for it
Only food we could get throughout the day was a toasted sandwich and the evening restaurant had set meal and did not open until 7:30 Food was expensive as was average local wine and small beer. Being so close to town I think their model was that guests would go out for food and as we had a medical issue occur, it was not possible to walk the 5-10 minutes to town. We spend the day in hotel room until we could get early flight back
