AQVA is such an intimate hotel with 18 rooms and Max the owner is hands on, living on the property himself too.
Cecilia, Max and all the staff in AQVA couldn’t have done more for us during our stay there and made us feel very welcomed.
It was a hospitality that we have never felt from any other hotels. Great job AQVA team.

Exceptional service, stunning location, beautiful lakeside and lake access, impeccable cleanliness and delicious breakfast - everything was perfect in every, even smallest, detail. Felt like a community rather than a hotel, with our every wish and request fulfilled with ease and a smile (special thanks to Cecilia, Alexandra and all the staff)

Breakfast was ok it was very limited and portioned well. It was clean overall. Towels were exfoliating soap smelled nice
Parking was limited when we asked regarding before we booked they said there are spots in public parking lot but no mention of the long ass lines of people waiting to get into the lot and you may not even find a spot. We felt rushed unloading our car as they insisted we need to move the car asap even tho the spot was empty for hours after. Never advised us To be aware of any ZTL zones or anything helpful. We were ready to check In at 245p and even tho the room was ready they ridiculously made us sit there staring at them for 15 minutes before giving us the key since their check in time is 3pm. They forgot our welcome drink that they kept talking about they would give us after parking our car. Nothing of this hotel was adult like at all lol. A lot of money paid to stay in a small ikea furnished room. Oh and don’t open the doors to the balcony because mosquitoes will fly in that’s the lake life no screens tho. And the air conditioning in the room is apparently controlled by the staff as they see fit. You can respond with your snarky ass remarks to defend yourselves as we heard your responses already when we stayed with you oh and with a smile. Don’t let the door hit your ass on the way out!
