Everything within walking distance.
Communication with staff was not always clear. They almost had me driving into the city center for parking when that is not what I wanted. Good thing I caught the mistake because it was crazy busy and driving would have been a nightmare in the center.

We had a big suite with a balcony overlooking the lake. It was a nice view. One of the members of staff at breakfast was amazing as she remembered our room number and drinks preferences from the morning before and she was super efficient.
The fire alarm went off at 07.30 am on our first morning. It continued for half an hour. THERE WAS NO INFORMATION PROVIDED BY STAFF ABOUT WHETHER IT WAS A FIRE OR A FALSE ALARM AND GUESTS WERE WANDERING AROUND EVERYWHERE NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO. I also noticed that the FIRE EXITS WERE NOT CLEARLY MARKED IN ALL PLACES. We eventually found out that it had been a false alarm but staff should have come and told guests what to do.

The location was great
The lady at front desk was not helpful. When we asked her about activities at check in, she said there were none because of weather. She provided no alternatives. We found the public ferry by ourselves. It was right outside and provided a great way to see lake even in rain. On day before check out she only offered us ab 50 euro car. She did not know that bus outside Castie walls goes straight to train station with no changes.
Also pictures make it look like there is a pool and there is not
