It was well situated with east access to Sirmione. Grounds of the hotel were lovely with spectacular views. Lovely swimming pool.
No safe or tea and coffee facilities in the room and it would have been nice to have a mirror in the actual bedroom.

Fantastic location. Only a few minutes walk from the busy historic centre but feels like a different world of tranquility. it was also a short walk in the other direction to Jamaica beach and the Grotte do Catullo. The lake views were phenomenal and pool area was quiet and well organised
Rooms were a bit on the small side, as was the shower. The room would benefit from some smart storage solutions and a proper mirror

WiFi is little below average , accessing to the hotel through castle at peak times is a challenge

Beautiful setting, great location, lovely breakfast, and friendly staff.
Cleaning service was early, vacuum being heard at 8am. The room was a little outdated, could do with some TLC. Balcony falling apart. No tea / coffee in room. Mattress comfort is also not the best.
