No WiFi in any of the 6 days we stayed. Uncoordinated staff. Good price and acceptable location

It took them 30-40 minutes to find out what room was allocated to us and the caretaker in the house was not very helpful.

THE PLACE IS VERY COZY, CALM 😌 AND VERY CLEAN. THE STAFFS IS VERY HELPFUL.

THE BED IS TOO SMALL, VERY SENSITIVE

I’d Deffo be coming back there to stay. It’s my new spot in Ghana.

Location was key. Very cute and homely apartments. The penthouse was superb.

No elevator. :-(

Overall, our stay was good and comfortable, you just need to maintain the place well

The location was good and convenient for our purposes. The place feels secure and the neighbourhood is nice and quiet.

You could have cleaned and dusted the place before occupancy, there was dust on the furniture and cupboards. Also please do repairs on the sliding door of built in wardrobe in the main bedroom. The wifi was on and off, not good when you have travelled on business!

The staff is great. The payment was very unsatisfactory but after a discussion the staff was willing to find a solution.

Quiet area but everything you need (supermarket, pharmacy, baby shop, restaurants) in walking distance. The place was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

The payment arrangements. Not transparent and there are better ways for both parties available.

A good location with plenty of space and confort.

I was allowed through the gate by security and ushered into my apartment.

Lack of communication throughout the stay. Contact person took over a day to be seen.

Excellent value apartment

The apartments are well located, clean, secure, and with great staff around to help. The WiFi never dropped out whilst we stayed and there are many restaurants and shops close by which can deliver or be reached by walking.

The breakfast offered is terrible and overpriced, do not order it simply go to a local cafe or cook it yourself.

Passable

The location was good and was within easy reach of major facilities and other places we wanted to visit. The apartment is situated in a nice quiet neighbourhood and is well maintained. The response to replace a light bulb in the bathroom was good. The aircon was quite effective.

The wifi was on and off all the time, this was not good for us since we needed internet for the work we were doing. We had to request when cleaning was to happen as cleaning didnt happen for a few days. I also suggest you buy an iron for each apartment. There was no iron when we arrived, when we requested for one it took a day and was taken back again leaving us stranded. Improve on communication and providing information to your guests.
