Einmal und nie wieder

Der Ort und die Lage der Unterkunft ist schön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Von der Unterkunft aus geht man ein kleines Stück durch den Wald und gelangt dann zur Straße mit einem breiten Bürgersteig der direkt zum Strand führt. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 10 Minuten. Wenn man am Abend auf der Terrasse sitzt, ist das Meeresrauschen zu hören. Die Häuser sind mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnbereich mit Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche ausgestattet. In der küche ist soweit alles vorhanden was man benötigt, nur Geschirrtücher sollte man mitnehmen. Von der Größe ist es für den Sommer völlig ausreichend, wenn man eh die meiste Zeit am Strand verbringt. Möchte man mehr Zeit im Haus bzw. auf dem Grundstück verbringen, würde ich als Familie mit zwei kleineren Kindern eine größere Unterkunft wählen. Die Matratzen sind bequem und Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden vom Vermieter bereitgestellt. Das Auto kann kostenlos auf dem Grundstück der Unterkunft parken.

Als wir angekommen sind hat uns die Vermieterin rein gelassen (Vermieter wohnen mit auf dem Grundstück) und das Erste was ich gesehen hatte war ein dicker Haarbüschel auf dem Boden. Da dachte ich mir noch "das kann ja mal passieren". Die eine Tür zum Schlafzimmer ließ sich nur mit Gewalt und lautem Geräusch schließen, da sie immer ans Bettgestell geknallt ist. Der Vermieter hat es dann auch noch ein paar mal versucht und meinte es sei jetzt in Ordnung. Naja auch das haben wir so hingenommen. Dann erklärte uns die Vermieterin noch, dass wir am Abreisetag den verbrauchten Strom bezahlen müssen. Da das in keinster Weise bei der Buchung stand habe ich mich direkt an Booking gewendet und die Antwort war "nein" wir müssen das nicht bezahlen. Also da bitte aufpassen! Die Sauberkeit ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. Mir ist klar, dass ich während des Aufenthaltes selbst dafür verantwortlich bin, aber trotzdem möchte man es ja sauber übernehmen. Die Kaffeemaschine und der Wasserkocher waren schmutzig. Die Gläser und Teller waren schmierig. In der Dusche, wo nur noch die Handbrause funktioniert hat, waren noch Haare und Sand vom Vormieter. Die Spielgeräte im Garten waren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und kaputt. Nicht wirklich schön für kleine Kinder. Ich habe von allen Bilder gemacht und das auch weitergeleitet. Leider bestand mit den Vermietern keine Möglichkeit normal zu kommunizieren. Sie sind der Meinung, wir hätten alles selber so schmutzig gemacht und auch die Spielgeräte im Garten zerstört. Wir werden den Ort mit Sicherheit noch mal besuchen, aber eine andere Unterkunft buchen. Denn es gab dort ganz viele tolle und ordentliche Grundstücke direkt in der Nähe.
