Exceptional

Owners are realy nice and friendly. They always solve if we have some issues or requests. They were all the time on our service. One day, one of owners was our host during the trip through Lefkada. For us, location was perfect, because from there both sides of Lefkada were close. Apartment was clean all the time. We tried their domestic products made from olives.

Excelent location

Great location, secluded and quiet. Exceptionally clean and every appliance you want. Great sun shaders on all windows/doors. Exceptional hosts. The location is near the main road (650 meters - 7 minutes from the location to the main street and 14 the return trip due to ~30 m altitude difference - not a problem to walk for a family with 2 kids). The view is stunning.

A quiet and pleasant stay in Lefkada, with a fantastic view

The place was super quiet, you don’t hear any noise! It's perfect if you want to relax, surrounded by nature and with good views to the sea and Greece mainland mountains. We loved the terrace for our meals and relax! The staff was very friendly and welcoming: they took very good care of us. For example, one day there was bad weather, so they brought us a blanket for the night (usually not needed during Greek summer!). Then, they kept our room clean during our entire stay. On top of these, they really showed us the Greek hospitality: always a kind word, coming to us asking whether everything was ok, giving suggestions on restaurants and things to visit. One day they even offered us some typical pastries from Lygia, and olives from their own vegetable garden! The location is good, close by car to Lefkada city and Nyri. There are restaurants and shops in the area, ask the staff and they will give you good suggestions for Lygia. I read a few reviews where people complained about the house being actually further than declared. I disagree with that: while, on the one hand, coming through the main road takes like 5 mins by car, om the other hand there is a minor road (ask the staff, they'll show you) which is way shorter. I never walked this road, but in 1 min by car you're in Lygia port. To sum up: if we'll ever come back to Lefkada, we'll stay at Liopetra for sure! It's a good location, good house and very good people.

Good value stay for exploring the island

Great location for exploring the island. Very clean with kind host who gave us beer and great homemade cookies for free. Good safe parking place. Nice seaview balcony for morning breakfest and coffee. Good value for money. The shop just before you make a turn to the apartment, and the new LIDL with very competative prices and internal bakery that is close by and ussualy on the way around the island.

Small TV in the room, also missing bowls for the cereals in the kitchen. Furhermore you have to be aware that from the stay there is longer walk to the sea and first city. But if you plan to drive around the island the beutiful balcony with seaview will make your evenings when you want to stay in.

Amazing, helpful host. Good value for the money apartment.

Amazing hosts, we were late for check in and they were understand and let us check in at late hour. Greeted us with homemade products (best olives and olive oil I've ever tried). Cleanings were done daily(trash..), which was pleasant surprise, and bedsheets and towles were changed twice in our 11 nights stay. Apartment is big enough for two people, with big terrace (but on ground floor, although there is a view of the sea), and comfortably big bedroom. Also it was really surprisingly quiet. And hosts have sweetest good boi cat that hanged with us on our terrace. Apartment is great value for the money with amazing host. I highly recommend.

Very good

Fantastic view from the terrace, a calm place to relax, the landlord is very kind always making sure that you are feeling well. A very welcoming place. In our opinion, the fish restaurants of this village were the best of the whole island.

Amazing hosts, beautiful view

The studio is really clean and modern, the hosts are exceptional people. We loved every minute of our stay. Also the view at sunrise is amazing.

The bed was a little small but that’s only if you’re 1.90m or above :))

Exceptional

Extremely friendly staff, miss Popi has been very helpful with everything we needed. The sea view of the room was amazing while at the same time it was neat and quite, perfect for taking breakfast with sea view. Also, excellent mattress for very comfy sleep. Value for money stay, highly recommended I would have gone again without thinking to see any other properties.

It is a bit far from the famous beaches of the island, but this happens pretty much for every accommodation facilities that are in close proximity to Lefkas city so is not a problem, especially if we take into consideration that it is situated only 5' from Lefkas by car.
