Locația este superbă pentru relaxare, în special datorită priveliștii de la balcon, care seara devine de-a dreptul spectaculoasă, când iei cina împreună cu toată familia.
Totuși, plaja din apropiere nu este neapărat cea mai bună opțiune. Cei care vin în Lefkada vin, însă, în primul rând, pentru a descoperi numeroasele plaje superbe ale insulei – Porto Katsiki, Egremni, Kathisma etc. Și noi am explorat intens coasta de vest a insulei.
Am constatat și câteva inconveniente în apartament. Unele electrocasnice par învechite. De exemplu, ușa mașinii de spălat se deschide foarte greu și ar necesita, probabil, înlocuire. Într-una dintre zile, mașina de spălat vase s-a defectat, însă gazda a reacționat prompt și a înlocuit-o chiar a doua zi cu una nouă.
Gazda a fost receptivă și a răspuns prompt solicitărilor noastre privind clarificarea sau ajustarea condițiilor de cazare.
Per ansamblu, am rămas mulțumit de apartamentul închiriat, de condițiile oferite și de odihna petrecută pe malul mării. Recomand cu încredere!
Plaja mică din apropiere, situată la aproximativ 850 de metri de proprietate, nu este cea mai atractivă opțiune.

This apartment is more than just a place to stay it is a complete sensory experience. The moment you unlock the door, the gentle Ionian breeze wraps around you. But the real magic happens on its balcony: sitting there, the boundaries between the apartment and the sea simply vanish. Unfortunately, our time there was far too short, but the deep sense of calm we left with will stay with us for a long time.
We were very satisfied with our experience so nothing bad.

Amplasata pe malul marii cu o priveliste superba. Curatenia s-a facut la 3 zile si a fost schimbata lenjeria tot la 3 zile.
Sunt suficiente taverne in apropiere si magazine la strada.
Aerul conditionat nu raceste suficient, este depasit (vechi), l-a un moment dat nu a mai functionat deloc dar a fost reparat a doua zi. Masina de spalat are o defectiune la usa - se descide foarte greu - necesita inlocuire. Hota nu functioneaza (pe noi nu ne-a incurcat pentru ca nu am folosit plita mai mult de 10 minute). Nu esti in legatura cu proprietarul, se ocupa o firma si discuti cu persoane diferite. Frigiderul nu raceste suficient, uneori deloc, este foarte vechi. Nu am avut apa calda 2 zile, am anuntat si au spus ca este apa calda (intre timp remediasera problema dar noua ne-au comunicat ca nu au fost defectiuni). Nu functioneaza toate prizele si nu este lumina suficienta in camere. Sunt foarte multe pisici pe scara comuna de acces si miroase destul de urat.

This property has a private pool, which my kids used a lot. The pool was also cleaned and checked quite regularly. Yes, there was sometimes bird poop around the corners of the pool because it was very hot and birds would come to drink the water. But I don’t think this can really be held against the property — it’s simply part of nature.
There were also two beautiful tavernas within walking distance of the property, which was very convenient and made the location even more enjoyable.
The air-conditioning units were very old and did not work particularly well. The shower cubicles were also extremely small and uncomfortable for an average-sized adult.
My main concern, however, was the outdoor covered seating area. The roof structure looked seriously deteriorated: the main beam was visibly bending in the middle, and one of the supporting posts was heavily rusted at the base. There was also a heavy solar water-heater tank positioned on top of the structure.
I was genuinely uncomfortable with my children sitting underneath it, but this is not simply a concern for children. In its current visible condition, I do not think any guest should be expected to feel safe sitting beneath that structure. It should, in my opinion, be professionally inspected and repaired as a matter of urgency.
I am only giving this rating because of the hotel attendant who was very responsive and helpful. Without him I would have given this a 3/10
