Fantastic view, friendly staff, comfy room

Room was good size for solo traveller and tv had a few English speaking channels and aircon was quiet

Hated noise from seagulls and had to wear earplugs for sleeping not owners fault but be beware if at back of building its not a quiet place

Everything! For the price you cannot have 5star luxury expectations, but the quality of what you get for the price absolutely exceeds expectations. Incredibly friendly hosts, the best view from the balcony in all of the old town, very comfortable room with excellent air conditioning, a fridge freezer just outside the room and very good WiFi. In the reception you will find Nikolai, a man who is always smiling and to whom nothing is too much. Incredibly reasonably priced bottled water, beer and various other goodies are available from reception. Nikolai will help you with everything from taxis to recommendations of restaurants. Perfect stay.

There was no breakfast included, but there are many options around to have a lovely breakfast. The location is superb with a great sea view from your room window and balcony. The hotel is pristine and the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating.

View from the balcony could not be beaten. The host was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for the old town.

Balcony was very tired, needed work for safety and aesthetics. White linen and towels are preferred. A tea spoon and glasses would have been nice extras.

Very friendly staff and homely atmosphere. They even gave me a room upgrade at no cost just because it was available! The location is great, near the quieter part of the old town but still close to everything, including the beach and walking paths.

The only issue I had with my room was that for some reason you could hear the wind blowing and whizzing from the windows really loudly!

Еxellent location. Few minutes from the center and close to everything. You can watch the sunrise from there. Very nice, clean and equipped room with TV, Internet, small refrigerator, air condition and terrace.

I’m still speechless when looking at the photos I took from the balcony, what a view! It was amazing When I made the booking, I was contacted by Niki, the host, who explained me how to get there. When I told him that I’ll be staying there with my wife, and that I preferred a room with a view of the see, he gave me a great room. Throughout our stay he was always welcoming and he was giving us good recommendations about things to do in the area. All in all it was great value for money, and I’ve already made another booking to go back! Strongly recommend this property!

I really loved the hospitality of the stuff and how they made sure that everything is good all the time. As well they offer very good coffee that’s gonna warm your soul, while drinking it in the little garden they have next to the reception. Very clean, cozy and comfortable! Recommend it for sure ! 🌞🌊

The location is great!

Location is great in the old town, there was a area to sit inside or out and a small bar. We had a great sea view from our room and a nice little balcony.

Nick gave us a very warm welcome and let us chose our room from which the view of the sea was marvellous ! We recommend to stay in this hotel !!

Everything was better than we expected! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful with all of our needs. It was clean and comfortable. In a perfect location in the Old Town of Nesebar.

The location was perfect and even at the back the view from the balcony was cute. There was a communal fridge for use if needed. Right when stepping outside you had a beautiful view and a couple restaurants within a few meters. The WiFi in the room was really fast and worked well.

The room could've been cleaner and the cups they had in the room were not clean when we arrived. There also was not daily cleaning of the room as was advertised.
