The location is amazing. Super clean, super cozy, comfy. A lot of space, there is room for everything. The best place to stay in the Old city!

We've stayed at this hotel five times already. We love its hidden "Sebarita courtyard" atmosphere, its excellent location near the beach in a windless cove and restaurants, yet the area is quiet! The hostess and owner are excellent—every question is answered promptly! We'd be happy to return again!

No brrakfast provided. Location is a bit hard to find and difficult to park as it is tricky with the parking. The guests actually must pay additional 8 lev and park at the entrance parking for the old town of Nessebar which is far like 200 metres or more and downhill on cobbled streets.. If car is parked at the nearby streets it is risky for the car to be lifted and collected.
Many things.There were no window nets as the reception staff told me not to worry about flies or mosuiitos because they don't have any but actually I was bitten by something. Room was too small and the toilet/shower were very narrow for using. The door of my room towards the french garden had no net and if left opened for air some animals could have walked in. Inside was too hot and uncomfortable but managed to use the air con provided..
During the night some guests returned after 2am and second time at 4.20am as they woke me up twice. When I asked the reception lady to possibly view and change to another room she couldn't help me and kept calling the owners of the guest house to ask them what to do as if she is unsure of her duties. She was way too talkative and apologetic saying it's too late as I had booked it online. Honestly, I will not be returning again to this place and will not recommend it to anyone!
Definitely not a god value for the money!! Overall, I don't plan to return back.
