Като започнем от посрещането,изключително приятни и усмихнати хора.Апартамента беше със страхотна гледка,чисто,уютно.Заявката за креватче беше изпълнена.Персоналът в ресторанта любезен,храната вкусна.Басейна също е мн потдържан.
Единственият минус беше душа,пръскаше на различни посоки,но се преживява.Някак и къпането на бебето беше малко неудобно,поне едно легенче да имаше,въпреки ,че ако бях попитала можеше да се измисли нещо,но се справихме!

За мен лично на първо място е хигиената и отношението на персонала и ако трябва да оценя от 1 до 10 аз бих казала 9 всичко си беше перфектно.Едиствено това че като клиент на хотела имахме 20 % намаление но, важеше само за закуска ако беше поне и вечеря включена мисля че ще ни беше по изгодно..Но въпреки това си ни беше много хубаво и уютно в Аурелиа Бийч😉

The cleaning staff and cleanliness of the hotel; the room views (we had an apartment with beach views). We enjoyed the pool and the two restaurants.
Only one key - this is a deal breaker for us - we constantly have to look for each other to transfer the key to access the room. The beach is great but umbrellas are paid and the rocks right in front of it don’t make it feel like the actual Black Sea. But the water was warm and no waves. It did have seaweeds but it looked like someone was cleaning them daily. We had a group with a number of rooms and some of the rooms had laundry machines and full kitchens while others had nothing. We had an upgraded apartment but no laundry.
