Great location, close to the South Park beach of Nessebar, outdoor pool, garden, sunbeds, parasols were all nicely maintained.
However, leanliness of the room was below expected standard of property of this class. Bathroom had a constant unpleasant odour which stayed throughout the week of our stay. There is a price list in each room for summer season 2022 with lower prices to what we were charged per night. Also, it states each price is on a bed and breakfast basis, lunch and dinner are extra, which is fine. However, we were not offered breakfast as part of the price we paid. Prices for lunch and dinner were lower than what they were charging. Just so many things that were dismissed by the reception staff as simple mistakes. I am not happy!
