- Location is great, it’s literally 2min away from the beach
It’s also close to the supermarket, old town and restaurants.
- Breakfast was good, but not varied.
- During booking we’ve chosen the room with a seaside view, but we’re given a side view, which is not really a big deal but it needs to be communicated.
- it’s very dirty and cleaning was horrendous: it was supposed to be every day, but the only thing the cleaners did was taking out the rubbish only - the sheets were dirty, balcony was never cleaned, mirrors were all in spots, the floor was never mopped and vacuumed. Looks like the hotel doesn’t really control it which is a pity given the fact the hotel is 4 star.

The location was great, being centrally located so you could walk to all the main areas, with the property just across the road from the beach. There was also a pool on site, which was handy if you wanted to avoid the sand. Breakfast was available as an optional extra, which was useful since most restaurants nearby don't serve breakfast. The room was spacious and had a balcony with a clothes horse, handy for drying swimmers and towels after a visit to the beach. The room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced.
Unfortunately, the room didn't quite match the photos online and felt rather dated overall. The bed and sofa bed were both very uncomfortable. The bathroom was also dated. Breakfast was disappointing too. The fried eggs were hard, as though they'd been cooked hours earlier, despite us going down right when it opened at 8am.

Perfect location for us - steps from the sandy beaches of Sunny beach and at a 15 min walk from Old Nessebar. The promenade is starting from the hotel so it is very nice either for an evening walk or if you are an early bird you can admire the sunrise. There is a bus stop very near and the tourist train stop is right in front of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and so were cleaning ladies. We didn’t use the pool so cannot say anything about it.
The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from Bedroom and Cacao beach clubs so if you want to party there it is not far to get back walking. Just have in mind that you can hear the music till early in the morning if you are facing this side of the hotel (which was not a problem for us :))

Excellent location and staff is friendly willing to help
The room was really small and the maids came to clean after 15:00- usually just after we had returned from the beach.
