The communal areas are really great, especially the pools which are big and rarely busy with lots of sunloungers. The reception is very grand and we liked the ancient god theme and statues. The location of the hotel is actually Ravda, which is below Nesebar, although the 2 are pretty much joined together. We liked the location and much preferred it to Sunny Beach and there were lots of restaurants and a bus stop close by.

The decor of our apartment was at odds to the communal areas and clearly someone's home- with children's stickers over furniture and Marilyn Monroe plates on the wall etc . It predominantly was painted purple and was very much like an air b nb not the hotel that we presumed we were booking. Outside on one of our balconies was a large broken seat and the room was only cleaned once. Breakfast was exactly the same every day and often with staff who were grumpy. One lady however who was there on the weekdays, was very helpful despite her lack of English. The local beach is small and not great sand and extremely busy with it hard to find a space. Much of it was paid only but it was close by to the complex. At the end of our stay, the drains in our apartment really smelt. We have stayed in Bulgaria numerous times and never had this problem before. As we are a family of 5, one of our children slept on a sofa bed which kept separating and waking them in the night. The air conditioning controls were in Chinese with no instructions and often you could smell cigarette smoke- concerning with asthmatic children.

Exceptional

Everything was excellent, the apartment was clean and equipped, clean towels and sheets. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of foods, drinks, sweets. The swimming pools are clean, many swimming toys to choose from for free,the garden is fabulous. The kids had a really great time, best place so far we went to. The location is great, the aqua park by walking distance, the sea too, many shops,fresh fruits and vegetables, bounce castles and playgrounds I recommend this resort for everyone, especially families with children. You won't be disappointed

Great inner garden, nice swimming pools, comfortable apartment with most things we needed for our 5 days. Ok restaurant in the complex and some shops nearby.

Really minor things. Towels weren't changed during 1 cleaning we had. Unexpected spraying plants in the garden.

I really liked the whole complex and if you want to feel like home, you should definitely check it!

The receptionist was very polite and ready to help with anything you need. It was very clean and the cleaning service came on every 2-3 days to change towels/sheets and clean a bit. Kitchen has all the stuff you need to prepare your food and other things. There was nothing that disturbed our stay in the apartment, such as loud noises, traffic, other guests, etc. Location was great, you could easily reach the beach, the distance is around 350m. If you don't want to go to the beach, there are 3 amazing pools in a complex with a lot of space to swim and chill, so you can stay the whole day there. A lot of free parking around the whole complex, and mine was directly under my balcony so I could see my car anytime.

Relaxing apartment complex Peaceful, no noise from radios or restaurants, great pools & playground.

We liked everything, especially the green and relaxing gardens, the pool so clean, the lagoon pool (at Poseidon), the apartment with all we needed. Thank you!

We stayed 4 nights with my husband and 8 years old daughter on the 5th floor and there was NO working elevator, rooms were dirty ( bins full from the previous guests , bathroom not cleaned at all , room wasnt fully prepared for 2 adults and a child !!! Super disappointed!!!!

The studio, the beds aren't confortable, the balcony is very small. My advise, don't book a studio, take the apartment.

Very spacious appartment. Well equipped kitchen. Short distance to beach but still quiet. Hotel pool not overcrowded. Whole complex well maintained. Reception staff very friendly.

The boiler was too small to allow more then one person to shower, second person only gets cold water. A lot of wasps on the balcony, probably a nest nearby. Duvet covers only on request.

-near of the beach -location -facilities -price was good -comfortable -the pools were fantastic -supermarket near the corner

We had a 3 room apartment, and one of the bathroom had a bad smell, sometimes we couldn’t stay there. Also, we had problems with the hot water, is not enough for 7 people. Was not very clean, the towels smells not really good, and the mop was full of hair.

Very nice and quiet location.

Very nice architecture, large rooms, clean pools, quiet atmosphere. Friendly staff. Good restaurant. Underground parking (for a fee). Other facilities like SPA and Tennis court - we did not use. 2 pools with variable depths (1.5-1.7 m) and 1 pool for children but with salt water, which is interesting.

The street to the location is very narrow and crowded. The place could do with a bit more maintenance: some tiles were loose from pool, the Jacuzzi's were not functional. In our apartment the manual internal locking of the door was not working. There was a burned-out light-bulb at the bathroom mirror. One of the doors to the main wardrobe in the bedroom had a very loud squeak. We didn't report any of these problems to the reception because they were not very important and we chose not to be bothered with maintenance men during our stay.

Amazing place for a family or couple holiday

Denis called me within an hour of our reservation- we had late arrival and I wanted to ask about check in late. He was so friendly and helpful reassuring me straight away. That set the tone for the whole stay - entire staff was super friendly and helpful, the place was extremely well cleaned and maintained, the apartment and the gardens were honestly like paradise smell of lavender, rosemary and thyme, flowers, butterflies and beautiful setting. The pools were warm, cleaned, and what really felt like they were for us only.. one other family at most in the afternoons.

It was wonderful stay! I will visit the place again.

There were three swimming pools, one of them with salted water and the kids really enjoyed it. It was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Unfortunately everything was perfect :)
