Ridiculous to get ther unless you are 18 years of age

Never stayed there could not reach the place

This property is hard to get to After half hour with suitcases in tow We gave up And went down to find another place

Casa Gaia good for fit, athletic people.

Giselle was very nice. Room was very clean, pretty and comfortable. Bathroom very nice and spacious - best shower in Italy so far. Hot water plentiful. A/C system works great. Nice balcony with sea view and mountain view. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was nice, serviceable. Pretty outside garden. Noon checkout is great.

Booking.com listing should describe the difficult climb from the port more accurately: 81 steps up plus a long distance of slanted sidewalk will be taxing to impossible for anyone with leg or knee issues, like us. Very difficult with luggage. A few items of attention: -Room fridge not effective - barely cools. -No written instructions on operating appliances. Giselle turned on the secret microwave switch as we were leaving. - Never found the secret kitchen light switch. - Promised bottles of water did not exist. - Room TV did not function. - Room door lock did not work with key from inside to operate security lock. - Mystery electric switches that perform no discernible function. - Light next to bed flashed off and on frequently. Be fit and athletic if you visit this property!

Perfect place for a couple, nice terrace and really dog-friendly.

Perfectly well equiped appartment and amazing host. Some minutes (and some more steps) away to town by walk but really convenient. The appartment had everything we needed and dogs were allowed. Tables outside were really convenient for breakfast.

Gaia miracle place!

Gaia (place owner) and Gisella (house host) touched our hearts and made our stay at Capri. What a people! Once you reach Casa Gaia you firstly notice amazing yard with a lot of details and well cared plants. Then once you enter the villa you step into sparkling clean cosy villa build with love and care. As we arrived unexpectedly late and went to sleep, we were welcomed with morning service (coffee, sneaks, Italian style breakfast) - those things when you meet someone who loves their job and only wish to have a guest leaving at the end of the stay happy for the experience, people they met and wanna come back that we will definitely do. Thank you girls! You know how amazing vacation we had there because of you, and just because of you. ❤️

Nothing bad. More like help for those that are not into Capriat style walking or not into good physical condition/so athletic - i propose taking taxi tot he top of the street and then walk downhill/downstairs. Climbing up might be a bit challenging for people escaping cardio in gym for a long tine.

Amazing and wish I could have stayed longer :)

It was the perfect size and the amenities were absolutely perfect. It was best location in relation to Marina Grande and to get to the tram. The host was the most helpful and friendly host I’ve ever had! Not a single complaint

One of our best experiences

Location is perfect and close to the port, but at the same time on the way to the center of Capri, restaurants and all the trails. Comfortable kitchen, good bed, comfortable and clean room. Possible to sit in the garden within palm trees and lemon trees watching the top of the mountains. Gaia as a host is super nice and will introduce with all the best options on the island.

Excellent value for money, amazing hostess, can definitely recommend.

Gaia was so welcoming and helpful, helped us with ferry timetables, leaving our bags, giving us suggestions of what to do in the short time that we had on the island, everything possible. The facilities are good, has a lovely garden to sit in, quiet area and the location is generally good. Excellent value for money.

Nothing to dislike, our only difficulty was carrying our bags up the steps from the port area to the house (no vehicle access) which was a bit hard going for us. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Heaven on earth!

Casa Gaia is heaven on Earth! What a wonderful and lively place with the best host in town. It's unbelievable how no Gaia is with her guests! The hous is amazing, the rooms are beautiful and clean.

Amazing house with great host

I enjoyed every moment at Casa Gaia. The house is perfectly located (5 min walk from the port), well equipped (with all the amenities you need), very comfortable and has a beautiful garden. Gaia is very friendly and helpful. She provided me with lots of useful information and good suggestions. Although I spent only one night here, I could visit a lot of nice places with the help of Gaia. A big thanks to her & I highly recommend Casa Gaia to everyone who plans to visit Capri!

the best host i’ve ever had

Location was perfect, room was excellent and gaia was an amazing host. by far the best host i’ve ever had, gave me a full breakdown of the island, activities to do, how to get around and restaurants to eat at and even got me a last minute reservation at the best table in the restaurant. couldn’t be happier!

Lovely Villa and Garden with the best hostess ever

Very helpful hostess, she told us everything about the island and the possibilities. Although we changed our plans multiple times she was always friendly and it was not an issue - she was very flexible. The garden around the house is also really lovely

One little Spot of dirt on a towel and the sink. The bed was a little bit short- it was not an issue for us but we are pretty small (165cm)

Gaia is very kind and helpful. She is always available, give us the best tips and help us with our pcr test, which was so important for us to come back home. The bed is very comfortable! The place is quiet although is near to the center. We reccommend Gaia's villa to stay in capri!

Gaia is the best in Capri

Casa Gaia is in the perfect location. It’s close to Marina Grande but it’s also easy to walk from there to town. Cada Gaia has a beautiful garden, the rooms are impecable and the view is gorgeous. The best of Casa Gaia is Gaia herself!! She will arrange everything for you, give you the best tips and advice and will make sure you have a wonderful stay. I will ALWAYS stay here when I go to Capri!!! Thank you Gaia!!
