This well-maintained home is in a quiet neighborhood with a very attentive host. We appreciated arriving in a VRBO home with paper products, bath products, cleaning supplies, AND even coffee and spices. The house is very conveniently located within 10-minutes of groceries, drug store, some restaurants, a golf course and a brew pub. We would be happy to stay here again.

Two things stand out to us on our stay. The first was the cleanliness of the property when we arrived. The second was the responsiveness of our host - Melissa Rich. Our second week family arrived and we had 5 adults staying at the house. We asked Melissa if we could get enough outside chairs for all and a second garage door opener. She bought new chairs and a new opener and brought them by the next day. The house is set up well and is very close to what you see in the photos. We would definitely consider staying in one of Melissa's houses in the future based on our stay in 2022.

Prior to coming our Host was excellent with communication and wanted to make sure that we had everything for a great stay. We were there for the Christmas holidays. The house was wonderful and everything it was exceptionally clean. The bath and kitchen towels were very nice quality and new. The living room furniture was newer and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we did cook quite a bit during the holidays there. The Host allowed us to put up a full size Christmas Tree which really made us feel like we were home away from home. Seeing the ornaments and lights on our tree, being with family and baking blueberry muffins really made it feel like home!!! We look forward to going back there again! Thank you for such a nice stay!

Where to begin. Amazing property so well maintained and felt like 'homes the moment we walked in. Comfortable sleeping with plenty of room for us. Beautifully fenced back yard with breath taking view of sunset over the mountains. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

The location was perfect for us! Nice and quiet and close to a mall and grocery store. The house was nicely decorated and had everything we needed to cook. Melissa even supplies laundry soap, dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner , body wash and loads of coffee! There were Hersey kisses and bottled water in the fridge! I would have given this 5 stars and I did not due to the mattress are not very comfortable. This is for all 3 beds. If she could even do a foam top it would be so much better. Thank you Melissa for everything and being so responsive. We will rent again!

Great house. Met our needs perfectly. Well-stocked and had what we needed. It has clearly been taken care of. Nice to have a washer & dryer available. Nice neighborhood. Pet-friendly with the backyard which is totally walled and gated. Fairly close to groceries, gas stations, golf and restaurants.
