The location and staff were amazing! I am not sure why this place doesn't get more reviews online. The location is an easy walk to everything while feeling private. The hotel grounds were lovely and we had a private balcony and a very spacious room. I loved the cedar bathtub and sake for the bath. The food was delicious! The staff gets 10 stars!! They were so nice; they accommodated every request, they offered welcome tea and cakes, they took our luggage to our room and there were laundry services available. My husband wasn't feeling well and they offered to help me with him and even made rice balls from the kitchen for him because he was too sick to eat dinner. I love this hotel so much.

This hotel is not big but it’s a gem. Everything is so well organized, location is great if you’d like to be close to the old town. It’s a few steps from main locations. Rooms are great. Bathroom is like a steam room with big bathtub. We really enjoyed our stay.

I liked how the facilities looked.
The ceiling looked like it had previous leaks so I was worried about mold. It also was not the most convenient location. The breakfast was absolutely terrible, so I would highly recommend against that.
