Disappointing

Good location, easy parking , fridge feeezer

Good

Very comfortable beds and pillows, nice spacious and clean room with big tv. Easy to get to. Perfect for our short stay before an early morning flight. Didn't have a chance to use the terrace but it looked lovely.

Some info was not communicated and I was woken up with a demand to know where the air conditioning money (€6) was (no one told me I had to pay it BEFORE so I had assumed it was at checkout). Also it's self check-in yet I was accused of arriving 30 mins later than I actually did for some unknown reason (which would have incurred extra cost). If you stay here I suggest messaging as soon as you arrive so there is documented evidence; it unfortunately ended quite upsettingly and I lost an important hour of sleep I needed. Note also its a shared bathroom so while it was all very clean, they can't control dirtiness left by other guests (and the sink was quite disgusting).

Decent location, poor host.

Paying for airconditioning outside of booking.com sucks. I was especially unhappy because I had already made clear I wanted air conditioning before arrival, but the host had hidden the remote control for it. The room was an absolute oven and it was extremely hard to sleep in a 30 degrees + room. The host replied slowly, a bit rude and only in the middle of the night, hours after I sent my question. Also, it seems like everything is about money. She has a list of house rules and it feels like breathing in a wrong manner is enough to land you a “fine”. Finally, the listing on Booking.com mentions 24/7 reception but I have not seen anyone during our stay. There is no reception, unlike what the booking.com listing says. Paying a €10 fee for arriving after 00:00 despite it being self check-in is also ridiculous.

Poor

We liked the location, the property & the free parking nearby.

Staff was very rude & she just walked into our room without knocking at the door & without asking for our permission first & demanded that we should leave immediately because it was just 5 mins pass 11 am, & even though she could see that we had almost finished packing & just about ready to leave. We understood that she had to get the room ready for the next customer but her rudeness & bad manners were totally unacceptable.

Very noisy, no sound insulation, overpriced

No sound insulation in the room. Very noisy guests at 2 AM, 3 AM, 7 AM... breaking my sleep. You can hear everything in the house, loudly. The rooms are very old, need a complete refurbishment with special attention to noise insulation. You cannot fit 6 rooms in such a small old house and disregard the noise insulation factor! I expected more and overall feel I did not get enough for my money. Overpriced. Won´t stay again.

Will not stay again. Not 19 years old and party nonstop any more

I stayed at this location one time earlier. Everything was OK then and i gave a good review. This time around people rummaging in the house at all times of the night. Neighbours saying this place is known for such activities. Drinking, partying non stop is not so comforting when im not 19 years any longer.. Will not come back after this time.. and what i heard.

Clean and quiet for reasonable price

Low budget but clean and nice, by accident I booked this shared bathroom room for first time in my life and it was fine. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. The house is kept clean.

Shared toilet is not something I like in general, especially that other guests not really keep it as clean as the host prepared. But that on the other hand is reflected in good, lower price.

Literally no air to breathe.

The parking situation is very good. I arrived at 1am and there is plenty of free parking lots at the streets. Wifi is superb

The remote control of the AC is hidden - couldn’t find it. The room has a bad smell paired with a stuffy air. In the entrance is a stinky perfume. Inflexibility of the owner. Shared bathroom.

Just a room with shared shower. Very basic. No social atmosphere. Clean, tidy and well kept. Simple.

Room was clean with a comfortable bed. I was able to store my bike in the shared sun lounge area accessible to all guests.

No kettle or other basic self serve facilities for self catering, not even shared. Advertised 24 hour service desk did not exist. No communal area other than sun lounge entrance way. Advertised social events such as bar crawl did not exist. No fan in the room.

Good

Rooms are okay, bathroom is clean. We were satisfied with that. We always found good parking spot whenever we went somewhere. The area is a little further away from the city center, but there are good bus connections.

AC wasn’t included in the price, and this year it costs already 6€ per day.

Location is great only 8€ in a taxi to the centre

You could not sleep in the room unless you purchased the air con which was 5 euro per night . As the weather in Malaga is very humid during the summer

Great place to stop for a day in Malaga after flying into the airport, and good for people with a car as free parking av

40 minute walk into Malaga and a quiet residential location, clean, good bathroom facilities.

Extra charge for air conditioning, beds were quite hard and a bit uncomfortable.

First, the net for mosquitos were not enough to make mosquitos out of the room. They should better be repaired. Besides, the water got cold in the 5th minute when I was taking shower.

The room itself as well as the shared bathroom were very clean. Comfortable bed.

Very noisy room - you hear every sound from the hallway and from shared bathroom which is right next to your room. The location is also noisy. The room stinks strangely. Wifi was weak.
