Wonderful and kind staff. Great price
Room was a bit stuffy, with minimal airflow. Lack of a window contributed to the issue. Had to run a fan all night to be comfortable

The location was in the old city, only a couple of blocks from the Zocalo. A quiet & clean room.
The breakfast was pretty meagre. A few pieces of watermelon, 1 pastry per person, and a cup of coffee. No seconds!

Nicely decorated and good location, so close to the Zocalo. Wifi and aircon worked. Would have been perfect for 1 night.
Our bedroom didn’t get cleaned for the full 4 days so didn’t feel clean at all. The breakfast was very basic, a black coffee, some melon and an often dry pastry. Would have liked to have heard about the tours/ trips available on reception but staff spoke no basic English and were not particularly helpful or friendly.
