Restaurant in the hotel. Excellent bakery/cafe Esperanza right across street. Ten min. walk to main square.
Many shops nearby. Clean room. Very traditional decor in hotel gives a true Mexican feel. Good front desk.
About a 15 min. taxi ride to the main Puebla bus station (CAPU).
Lift (elevator) was broken and out of service for one day. Not much natural light in room.

Proximity to the centre. Room is nice and airy. Ample wardrobe space.
No shower head. Mattress unbalanced. Very poor wifi.

The location was excellent close to everything, the zacalo was only 5 minutes away and the hot showers in the morning. Great shopping, Great value.
The WiFi was terrible, I was on the 2nd floor and the longest time on WiFi was 5 minutes most of the time it was a minute. Complaint to the office in the morning and she said hers is working, no solution.
