Excellent location, excellent staff, fantastic food.
The one minor negative was that the shower was very cramped.
It does not outweigh all the excellent point's but I wanted to be honest

Breakfast and location exceptional
Only quibble was no warm water in the shower to cold to use.

The location was very good.
Evening meal was good.
Breakfast was excellent 😊
The room was dated and really needed a little more thought into the decoration as the whole of the interior of the room including the woodwork was painted in a dark blue, very drab.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good value for money and clean. Pub and reception in need of updating. Perfect location for South West Coast Path.
