Foxes Hotel & Academy

The continental breakfast was lovely, a nice selection of cereals, white & brown bread for toast, fresh yogurts, good selection of jams & marmalade s, nice pastries, cheese and ham slices , with apple or orange juice, this was all included in the price of the stay, there was also a good selection of other cooked breakfasts at a extra cost, There is also a bar menu for lunch times and evening meals, we gave it a try and was delighted that we did, my wife had the chicken supreme and I had the burger, side salad & French fries, it was all very tasty, and very well cooked. The room was very clean, and spacious , the toilet was clean, and the walk in wet room shower was excellent , my only complaint in the bathroom was the sink, only just big enough to get your hands washed, not much good for a wash & shave, and it was far too low, I am 5' 11" and I had to bend down to reach it. The staff are all absolutely brilliant, it is a academy hotel, so teaching students with learning difficulty s, the main staff are just brilliant with the students, so really do deserve a mention, " WELL DONE TO ALL THE STAFF "

The Wi-Fi is non existent, it just does not work, I did mention this to the staff on reception, and they did say its been like it for a long time, they do mention it to the owners of the Hotel but nothing gets done. That is my only gripe about the hotel.

This Hotel is Amazing we only stayed one night wish it was longer. The room we stayed in was Quaytown was Lovely Fab views over looking the Sea. Room was Beautiful and spotless. We had a Evening meal in the Resturant Lamb Shanks were perfectly cooked and Continental Breakfast set us up for our drive back. The Whole experience was Lovely and the Staff are Fantastic would definitely stay there again Highly Recommend.

Lovely stay in a place with a beautiful concept, helping train young people to find employment. You couldn’t ask for kinder and nicer staff! Very spacious rooms!

Very friendly staff, great that the provide training to people with disabilities, great bar in house and good breakfast

No airconditioning in the rooms. Watch out with the shower it can be very hot
