Spacious property, generally well decorated. Staff were pleasant on the ground. Check-in and cleaning staff. The staff were unaccommodating in the restaurant. Really nice to have a sauna/ jacuzzi available which we used. Grounds were tidy.
There was a kitchenette but no amenities/ basics included - ie salt/ pepper and oil. No UHT milk for coffee machine. Felt like we would have had more in an air bnb for a cheaper price.
TV was in the bedroom rather than in the living space. Food options were poor and bland in the restaurant. Very limited options for vegans.

Loved the location and the freestanding cottages and the space in the apartment we had for one night.
Breakfast was poor. The fruit kept running out and there were not really any hot choices. There was limited selection of croissants, one of my children couldn't find anything they wanted to eat. Not ideal when you want to eat quickly and get to the waterfalls early and not have to worry about picking up food from somewhere else.

The staff was friendly.
The accommodation could have been better prepared for little children, like a fence for stairs in particular. And mind the fence for boiler... No small bed was prepared for the toddler. The house looks much better on images.
