Food generally was great, good breakfast. Location was excellent. Brilliant access to the park and super helpful staff. Room was spacious. We had the deluxe double with terrace. We enjoyed the jacuzzi.
Laser blue lights off the tv’s at night. Disrupted my sleep. Jacuzzi had silt in the bottom which made me question its cleanliness. Surrounding area (table tennis, zoo etc all a bit run down. Needs a bit of tlc. Broken pool cue in the games room for example.

Comfortable and clean, very quiet, with attentive, happy staff. Has a very forest cabin feel, with a rustic charm. Great breakfast with loads of choice. Communication was first class. It is a few hundred yards from entrance 3 of the lakes national park making entry really straightforward. If it’s a clear night don’t forget to look up.

Really great location. 5 mins walk to entrance and staff were amazing at giving us best route and tips to see the park. Went in early at 8 which was a really good idea as missed crowds.

Reasonable location to the entrance to the national park. Had a very rustic feel about the property. was. Breakfast was very mediocre although dinner was good and staff were very attentive especially Vinod.
Not a great fan of small rooms which this certainly was. Shower was not the best either.
