All that we needed, quiet location and near a playground. Which the kids loved.

Space upstairs inside/outside was good.
Most facilities were available to us.
A little disappointed with the late notice for a later check in time, with no reason as to why and no offer of compensation.
ALL the beds were very very uncomfortable and need reveiwing.
NO toiletries, as advised, were available to us.

Location was great. Large rooms perfect for our entire family.
Needs a proper deep clean instead of a quick clean between guests.
2 x empty gas bottles for the bbq! Welcome book says $50 fee will be charged if bbq left dirty…. Will $50 be credited for no option to use bbq as no gas? Obviously they haven’t been checked for a long time!
Hand soap in upstairs bathroom, empty. Washing machine leaks.
The whole place really needs some TLC and some updating
